My 17-year old son with nodules

Hi - 1.5 years ago my 17-year old son was diagnosed with bronchiactasis, this was treated with antibiotics and was followed up with x-rays and CT scans. At one of our visits nodules were noticed on his left lung and we were asked to follow up in 3 months, at that time it hadn’t changed. We were asked to come back in 1 year.

Last week we went back for his 1-year appointment and 3 additional nodules were spotted on his lung. The previous ones hadn’t changed.

He has gone through blood work and the skin text for TB, all came back fine.

We are waiting to hear our next steps and they don’t seem to know what is causing this. Anyone with a similar experience? Is it time to go somewhere else????
