by: vicki on Tue, Apr 22 2008

Well I like alot of people went for a check up. and to get meds refilled… But I ‘d been have these pains in my back.. Red Flag for Dr. His mind went straight for the heart. All the Heart test A Okay. Then lung xray/ct scan w/without contrast.. they found a basilarsegment noncalcified pulmonary nodule lower left lung. and some enlarged lymph nodes in the hilum area???? Okay what now… 3×3mm not so big. Have to go to a pulmonary dr. May… So I’ll keet you up dated. I did learn noncalcified is not so good. and I’ll need a biopsy Needle??? then wait and watch it grow or not. I am 59 and smoked for 10 years pack a day deal… I quit a year ago. I also have copd.. lupus… My blood work showed up liver function test twice the limit. they want to do a ultra sound on the liver now?? Oh well … Hope for the best. Just wondering if it is cancer “oat cell” if it is worth taking any treatment. or can they remove the area./// vicki
