To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Obstructive Sleep Apnea, or Acid Reflux When eating closer to bed time, I would wake up sometime after falling asleep gasping for air with a discomfort as if I was going to vomit. I have been experiencing this for a few years now. I found by not eating so close to bed, and sleeping on my side it happens less frequently. But it scares me. My wife and I have our first child on the way, and I have heard of people dying from sleep apnea. Any ideas of what exactly this is, and how to eliminate it all together ? Comments
