I would just like to know if there are any medication for sleeping disorders and if you could list some of them? I get about 2 hours of sleep nightly. I do have sleep apnea and I am 59 years old.

I gracioulsy ask you for a list of sleeping medications, and not Ambien, or Lunesta–they DO NOT HELP. My symptoms are: chronic anxiety, chronic depression chronic scrupulosity, and opbsessions-compulsions. I have sem a psychiatrist for 10 years and has been a WASTE of time.
