Carol-
If you are wearing a nasal mask, if you can- try and venture out with other nasal masks such as a nasal pillow mask - they are more like a big cannula and don’t go around your nose - they go more IN your nose. If you are wearing a full face mask - they are coming out with a new mask from ResMed that doesn’t have all the forehead gear - it has nasal pillows and a mouth piece instead to prevent all the deep wrinkles and clasterphobia. Also try in the morning waking up your skin with a hot wash cloth may help.
