I am a 27 year old african-american female who was diagnosed with sarcoidosis 2 years ago. I am currently on predisone for my illness. I have good days and bad. Some mornings I awake with so much body pain its hard to get out of bed. Then others I awake full of life.

My husband has recently been dx’d with Sarcoidosis. Right now he’s being treated with antibiotics for his cough and breathing difficulties; however, I am encouraging him to get a 2nd opinion from a pulmonary specialist.
