FEVER AND SORE THROAT

TONSILS SWOLLEN AND SORE WITH A FEVER OF 103 TO 104 . Went to one ER -they gave antibiotic -keflex but didn’t know what was wrong. Pills didn’t help. The next day say my doctor and got another medication [antibiotic ] strepthroat was diagnosie . Still no better went to another ER told them what i was given but nothing was helping and still unable to eat. Went to another DR. today same clinic and was given amoxicilin and said it was pharyngitis but not sure. Would like to know why a DR cand not diagnosis and treat . This is from four doctors.
