To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download NHL-but I thought it was just a sore knee! In 2003, I twisted my right knee when tripping over a step. It continued to hurt when I exercised but I just took my Tylenol and went on. Then, in January 2006, after getting up and down from my knees over several hours, my right knee was quite swollen and tender. “Well, I better get this seen, I may need an excuse for work!”
