My mother was diagnosed with small cell lung cancer about this time last year. She had not been feeling or breathing well and tests revealed spots all over her lungs. The oncologist never gave a life expectancy but the prognosis did not sound good, as it was in its last stage.

the day after thanksgiving my father went to the hospital because he had difficult breathing, the doctors performed a pleurodesis, and did a cat scan. when I met with the doctors one doctor stated that they believed it was stage IV lung Cancer

My 73 year old father was diagnosed with stage 4 adenocarcinoma that had already metastized to his brain in October of this year.
