bil–lack of knowledge

by: ap on Mon, May 21 2007

My brother in law has lung cancer and we think it is a stage 3. The doctors do not seem to be giving him much information. At first they were going to operate, but now they say the mass is too close to the heart so they said it would be too dangerous. Has anyone had experience with something like this? I need to learn about out the prognosis for stage 3 cancer.
