I am a 28 year old female and I go through the same thing. I went to the dr. because I could not breathe and I was having chest pains. My dr. thought I had a clasp lung and sent me for a MRI that day. The dr. treated me for pleurisy. I went back about two weeks later sick with chest pains again. I have had Upper GI and the Nuclear testing(I can not remember the proper term for it). The dr. thought it was my gallbladder. All of my test came back fine. I have pains at least once a month and just wait for it to go away. I had them so bad last night that it hurt to breath and you could not touch the right side of my body. This is the worse episode yet. It hurts so bad that I have had a headache for a week now. I have been trying to do some reach on my signs and symptoms and this is the only thing I have come up with so far.
